Strip Club - Daybreak
Participants will use the Daybreak pattern by Cozy Quilt Designs to strip piece this quilt top. Pattern includes instructions for Baby, Lap, Throw, Twin, Full Queen or King sizes. This quilt is made entirely of 2 1/2 inch strips!
Bring a lunch. We have a microwave and a refrigerator.

| Requirements: | When you sign up and pay for the class, ask for the pattern at the cutting table. We keep them separate until the class is completed before we put them out for regular purchase. The pattern lists the amount of fabric required for the desired quilt size you want to make. One Jelly Roll (Plus background, accent and borders) will make up to a throw-sized quilt. Two Jelly Rolls (Plus background, accent and borders) will make a king-sized quilt. Also bring your: Sewing machine in good working order with a power cord and foot pedal neutral or matching thread, extra wound bobbins standard notions (scissors, nippers, pins, seam ripper, fabric marker, pencil etc) rotary cutter and 6 x 24 inch ruler If you have a quarter inch marking tool and a Tucker Trimmer I, bring those! A small pressing mat and iron will keep you from jumping up every few minutes to use the classroom irons. * Here is the "UNUSUAL" request - go to Dollar Tree and buy a pack of 40 paper plates; the really cheap, floppy ones. I promise this will change your life. |
