Foundation Paper Piecing



Foundation paper piecing allows you to precisely piece very small pieces. Participants will make a FPP sailboat that can be made into a small wall hanging or table runner.


Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: Beginner to Advanced - Must know how to operate your own sewing machine.
Materials Included: pattern and fabric included
Requirements: Sewing machine in good working order with matching thread and extra wound bobbins, standard notions. Must know how to operate your own sewing machine. Optional: you may bring your own fabrics instead of the fabrics provided.
Instructor: Wanda Fountaine
Instructor Bio: Wanda has been sewing since the age of 10 and began quilting in 1984. When she realized that hand-quilting was not going to get all her projects finished, she invested in a longarm and started quilting for others as well. She has worked as a teacher/quilter at the A&E since 2014. With all her experience, she knows the things that ALL longarmers appreciate, and can make you the best client ever.
