Tote Bag Class
Make a small tote-bag/purse and learn the basics of bag making. This is a class for beginners and includes minimal quilting on your own sewing machine. This tote bag measures approximately 12in high by 10in wide x 4in deep.

| Requirements: | Materials Requirements: *1/2 yard fabric for outside of bag; 1/2 yard fabric for lining of bag; 5in x 10in contrast fabric for inner pocket; 18in x 36in quilt batting; thread to match outside of bag; Velcro to match lining of bag (0ptional) *If you have a charm pack you would like to use, bring that and we will use several squares for the outside of the tote bag. Bring a ? yard contrast for the bottom of the bag and all of the rest of the materials requirements are the same. Sewing machine ? preferable if you have a walking foot for quilting. Sewing supplies (seam ripper, scissors, rotary cutter, pins, marking utensil, 6in x 24in ruler) |
