Kaleidoscope (NOT an OBW!)

Choose a feature fabric to shine in this quilt. Ideally the fabric will have a design covering the whole fabric area (vs lots of empty background) so there is plenty of activity when it is cut up into 2-1/2 and 3-1/2 inch squares. Then, pick coordinating prints that are not quite as busy to build stars and blocks. I can promise you, after making one, I am ready to jump into the kaleidoscope pond again!
Bring a lunch, we have a refrigerator and a microwave.
The pattern is available for purchase but you must inquire at the cutting table. (We hide them till the class has been taught.) Do NOT precut your fabrics unless you cut perfectly and sew the perfect quarter inch. There will be tips about the process that deviate from the written pattern.
