Tote Bag

Have you seen the number of fabric manufacturers that feature tote-bag panels? A&E carries many of them. I typically don’t make them using the instructions on the bag because they don’t feel sturdy enough – but what if you knew how to reinforce the handles with a strong stabilizer and the body of the bag with foam batting? What if you knew how to create a lining with pockets. Now, THAT is a different story!
