Specialty lines include 14in line and ruler around outside edges, dotted lines for fabric grainlines and for half angles, and solid lines across the Starmaker are parallel to fabric strips or seamlines. 5in x 12in x 13in with these angles: 9, 18, 36, 72, 90 degrees. The Starmaker 5 will make perfect 5-pointed stars, that's what the 5 means. But, it is also a master template for many quilt patterns, fans, wedges and stars.
